'Last Call' coming to Fuse
'Last Call With Carson Daly'"Last Call With Carson Daly" is coming to Fuse. Madison Square Garden-owned music cabler has acquired the rights to NBC's latenight skein and, beginning in September, will air it at 6:30 and 10:30 p.m. the day after it runs on the Peacock. Daly often has musical guests on his half-hour show, which airs in the 1:35 a.m. timeslot. Fuse is looking to reach out to music-centric viewers and Daly often has emerging bands and new artists on his show. Also, expanded "Last Call" content that don't air on NBC -- extended interviews and performances -- will be available on the Fuse website. "This partnership is a no-brainer," said Daly. "Having the show air on Fuse the day after it originally airs on NBC means more people can see what we've been so excited about creating." "Last Call" is averaging 978,000 total viewers, up 12% from a year ago. Daly has recently made his mark in primetime as host of NBC's reality hit "The Voice." Show will return to the Peacock Feb. 5 immediately after the Super Bowl. Contact Stuart Levine at stuart.levine@variety.com
