Gavin DeGraw Discharged From Hospital; Tweets About Attack: 'I Don't Remember Much'

I only know I can recover from here. Thank u all for your genuine concern. I love u guys." DeGraw was rushed to Bellevue Hospital early Monday after he was attacked by a group of people around 4:30 a.m. on 6th Street and 1st Avenue.
